Who we are
Tokenry is a free design token generator operated by Charlotte Lockert, based in Norway. If you have any questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@tokenry.app.
What we collect and why

Analytics in detail
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. They collect aggregated, anonymised data about page visits. Vercel retains this data for 90 days. See Vercel's privacy documentation for details.
Analytics only loads if you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the link below.
Email updates (Loops)
If you join the waitlist, your email address is sent to Loops (Loops Technologies Inc., United States), the service we use to send product updates. Loops acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually bound to process your data only as instructed.
Loops is based in the US. The transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) as provided under GDPR Article 46. See Loops' privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@tokenry.app and we will delete your address from our list.
Local storage
Tokenry stores the following data in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR and Norwegian personopplysningsloven, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics or email marketing)
- Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet

Future: user accounts
Tokenry plans to introduce optional user accounts. When this launches, this policy will be updated to cover account data (email address, saved design systems synced to a server). We will notify existing users and obtain fresh consent where required before collecting any additional data.
